Shakti Yoga Open Day 2024

Booking Information

You can book for the classes using the form below. All classes and talks are 30 minutes long. You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp of your booking, space is limited to 10 students per class.

The classes will be accessible to all levels and from ages 16 years+, everyone is welcome!

From 1:30 till 2pm you can view the studio spaces and talk to the teachers about what is on offer at the therapy center.

Aerial Yoga Classes
These classes will take place in Vayu Aerial studio (outside studio opposite the parking area)
Hatha Yoga Classes
These classes will take place in Saraswati (inside the main house)
Pilates & Move
These classes will take place in Durga Earth Studio
Talks
All talks will be held in Durga Earth Studio
