Student feedback:
Today I graduated as a Yoga Therapist. I have practiced yoga for over 12 years, and I have continually said that Yoga Heals, this is one thing I know for sure.. Well now I know why. My journey over the last nine months has connected the dots . There is such wisdom in this ancient practice.. And my intention is to share it with as many as I possibly can. Yoga is for everyone men, women, old, young, all nationalities. It truly has no boundaries.I am grateful that I get to learn, grown and unravel with incredible, knowledgeable, and wise women. And that I get to share this with anyone that is willing to listen to me.– Anoosha (2022 graduate)
What an intense, enriching, challenging, insightful journey with the incredible Ma Akash & the most wonderfully powerful, intelligent, wise, warm-hearted, intuitive tribe of fellow yoginis you could ever be lucky enough to meet. My heart is full… my head is too.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wisdom, patience, perceptive brilliance & for holding space with such love & ease. You have created such a welcoming community in which strangers become soulmates, challenges are met with laughter, then tears, then more laughter, then triumph, & all while being so organised its unreal!– Natasia (2022 graduate)
This course and research assignment was a very healing journey for me personally and a great deal shifted throughout the process and I am grateful for the unfolding of that. I feel that the knowledge acquired in the writing of this research has deepened my connection to yoga and the understanding that yoga is a system designed to support our entire being, from the gross to the subtle, and is essential to maintaining a healthy body and mind. I had a wonderful patient who was physically capable and eager. She inspired me to tap into dormant resources and to integrate Meridian Therapy into my classes to support her healing journey to the best of my ability.
