Imagine waking up to the sound of ocean waves and birdsong, feeling the crisp morning air as you step onto your mat, and immersing yourself in a journey of deep rest and renewal.
Join us for five soul-nourishing days in the heart of Plettenberg Bay, where yoga, Breathwork, meditation, and nature immersion come together in perfect harmony.
This retreat is a space to slow down, reconnect, and realign—where the wilderness outside mirrors the wild, untamed beauty within.

Meet Your Hosts
Ma’Akash – Founder of Shakti Yoga Therapy Centre
Ma’Akash is a Yoga teacher, therapist and the studio director of Shakti Yoga Therapy Centre and Yoga Alliance Africa. With over 15 years of experience in this field, she blends her wide international influences and extensive training in India, to provide a compassionate and therapeutic approach to Yoga.
Also holding a MA in Psychology, she uses her in depth knowledge of yogic techniques to support emotional health and treat stress-related conditions, making use of the many physiological and psychological benefits of Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. As a teacher, she creates a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere that makes joining her retreats and workshops a favourite amongst South African yogis and beyond.
Natalie Zeid – Founder of Trust Yoga
Natalie is a passionate seeker of life, yoga, and adventure, believing that true fulfillment comes from discovering your passions, embracing your flow, and fearlessly following your dreams. She blends breath-centered movement with purposeful intention, creating transformative yoga experiences that empower students both on and off the mat. With a heart devoted to authentic connection, Natalie guides her students with mindfulness, positivity, and deep compassion, inspiring them to step into their fullest potential.
A 500hr+ registered Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, 300hr Yoga Therapist trained by Ma’Akash, and an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer, Natalie is the founder of TRUST—a space built on the belief that: “When you heal yourself, you heal the collective.”
Together, Ma’Akash & Natalie create a retreat space where you can soften, heal, and remember who you truly are.

Collection by minibus will be between 13:00pm – 15:00pm from George Airport to Plettenberg Bay on the day of your arrival.
Transfer by minibus from Plettenberg Bay to George airport will be at around 11:00am – 12:00pm on the day of your departure.
