Shakti Yoga Teaching Academy & Therapy Centre is where you can find balance, harmony and energy renewal amidst the

hectic bustle of everyday pressures and deadlines.

Our yoga therapy and teacher training courses run from March till December.

  • Aerial Yoga Clases

    Come fly amongst the birds in our beautiful outdoor Aerial Yoga Studio. Maximum of 9 students in a class.

  • Balance Body & Mind

    Enjoy our wide range of styles- from Aerial to Yin Yoga. Our classes are designed for all levels, ages and body types.

  • Healthy Daily Life

    We offer monthly workshops aimed at helping you gain the most from your yoga practice. From dealing with stress to finding the right diet for your body type.

  • Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

    Share your love of yoga and qualify as a 300 or 500 level Hatha teacher. All our courses are available online and in studio and are internationally accredited with Yoga Alliance International

  • Yin Yoga Teacher Training

    Learn about the theory, principles and benefits of Yin Yoga with our experts Avril, Ma Akash and Theresa. This 100 level Yoga Alliance International accredited training is suitable for experienced and aspiring yoga teachers and students alike who wish to enhance their knowledge of yin yoga.

  • Weekend Retreats

    Join us on a cleansing, detoxing retreat in nature. Unwind from the stressed of daily life and deepen your yoga practice under the guidance of expert teachers
