Transformational Yoga is an integral approach to physical health, emotional balance and mental and spiritual clarity, that combines all of the most powerful yogic disciplines into an innovative system, offering a complete approach to well-being, founded and created by Swami Vidyanand and based on the teachings of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo.

The Transformational System uses various yogic systems to purify the bodies to bring about rapid transformation by awakening all five bodies and seven chakras, in order to experience a continuous state of physical health, emotional balance, higher mental guidance, unconditional love and spiritual bliss.

These yogic techniques are used to purify the build-up of toxins accumulated through a stressful lifestyle within our 4 lower chakras and bodies. As we purify these toxins, we create space for energy to circulate and rise, to activate our 4 higher chakras and bodies.  Transformed pure energy from our higher nature then travels downwards and fills our lower bodies and chakras, bringing about transformation and healing.

Once our lower 4 bodies are purified, we awaken to our spiritual body of pure light and space, completely transformed and connected with the highest level of wisdom.  Our spiritual body is our source of pure consciousness and infinite truth, giving us freedom from our desires and the bondage of our lower nature.  When activated we experience pure bliss, love, harmony, beauty, peace, knowledge and power.
