300 hour Yoga for Women’s Wellbeing Therapy Training
The Shakti Yoga for Women’s Wellbeing Diploma course trains teachers to empower women with therapeutic yoga integrated in their daily lives from menarche to perimenopause and beyond.
Our training will guide you to design classes that offer all women unique ways to traverse the hormonal, physiological and emotional changes they inevitably go through during their life cycles.
A comprehensive 100 hour pre- and post natal training is included in the 300 hour programme.
Overview
Our women’s wellbeing therapy program is designed for yoga teachers, therapist, doulas, midwives and those in the holistic health and wellness field.
Yoga helps women actively enhance their vitality as well as addressing common conditions that the female population experiences including pre-conception and post partum issues. Wellness, living with ease and joy, and healing are magical but not mysterious: a path of practice, in an inclusive circle of women, opens the way. Our course is unique as it includes a 100 hour Pre & Postnatal Yoga component.
